2. Data we collect

We collect the data you send us directly: name, company, email address and the content of your message when you use the contact or early-access forms. We also collect aggregated, non-identifying usage statistics about this website.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process contact data to reply to your enquiry and to manage a possible business relationship (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR — performance of pre-contractual steps and our legitimate interest in responding). Early-access requests are processed on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.

4. Analytics

This site uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics service that does not use cookies and does not collect personal data or cross-site identifiers. All measurement data is aggregated and cannot be traced back to an individual.

5. Retention

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and to meet legal retention obligations, after which it is deleted.

6. Recipients and transfers

We share personal data only with service providers acting as processors under contract (for example email and hosting providers). Where a transfer outside the European Economic Area is necessary, it is covered by an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your personal data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish supervisory authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).
